Markus Enge, Interim CEO & Chief Financial Officer
Markus Enge holds an MSc in Accounting and Auditing and an MSc in Economics and Business Administration, from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
Mr. Enge has four years of solar power experience in the Italian market. In 2013 he was employed as a project manager in EAM Solar and was promoted to Director of M&A in 2014, following the pipeline of projects and financial matters. He started his professional career in KPMG in 2011

Fabio Buonsanti, Head of Acquisitions
Fabio Buonsanti is trained in Mechanical Engineering first and in Solar Energy later, Fabio earned a Master’s Degree (Hons) from SUM, University of Oslo. His academic background was achieved through an in-depth schooling in five different countries (Italy, Germany, Russia, Sweden, and Norway). Following a series of scientific articles published i.e. by the Columbia University (New York, USA), the University of Oslo (Oslo, Norway) and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Trondheim, Norway), Fabio received invitations to several international conferences, PhD summer schools, and young scientist awards.
Attracted by a more competitive and challenging environment, in early 2014 Fabio left academia to join the Management Team of Aega.

Alessandra Gori, Head of Legal
Alessandra Gori is a lawyer qualified as a solicitor in both Italy and the UK with 15 years PQE in commercial and corporate law within B2B and B2C.
Comprehensive international career in Europe as senior in-house lawyer providing legal support on cross-border legal matters throughout the EMEA region. Industry experience: in Energy, IT, and Commodities. Deep experience in M&A transactions; excellent knowledge of compliance law (US FCPA, the UK anti-bribery laws and the Italian Anti-Corruption Act). She has three years of experience as head of Legal in EAM Solar and has previous experience from companies such as Orkla, Sofidel, Netapp, GE, Cargill.

Alain Cepparo Lovati, M&A and Structured Finance
Over the last 12 years he worked for primary foreign companies that invest in Italy, specialising in M&A, risk management and structured finance . Academically he has completed an Engineering and Management B-Eng degree at City University London and a Financial master at Bocconi Milan. Mr. Cepparo has experience from companies such as AIG and EAM Solar.

Giacomo Branchi, Head of Operations
Giacomo Branchi has over 24 years´ working experience, of and since 2010 in the renewable solar PV industry. He started in 2010 as Construction manager in Juwi (one of Europe’s largest O&M and EPC companies within renewables), working mainly out of the field office at construction sites. In 2013 Giacomo was appointed Technical Manager for Juwi Romania, where he supervised the construction of a 23 MWp solar PV plant (built and connected to the grid in 4 months). In the same years, he worked as Juwi’s CTO in Italy until late 2016 when he joined Aega
Edwin Cunow, Chief Technology Officer
Edwin Cunow holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and one in Business Administration from German Universities.
Having more than 30 years of experience in PV (20 of which in large-scale PV projects) and been involved in more than 360 MWp projects (among others designed, engineered, and installed, and commissioned) around the globe, Edwin is one of the world’s few pioneers in the solar industry. In particular, since 1996, He has worked in leading positions and as the sole Project Manager responsible for all Megawatt ventures of Siemens Solar and Shell Solar. He is a member of the German VDE, and member of IEA International Energy Agency PVPS working groups Task 8 and Task 13 (as observer). Among others Edwin held lot of oral presentations on international PV congresses, e.g. EU PVSECs and PVSECs in Asia and is co-author of the IEA publication “Energy from the desert”.
